Last week introduced some spicy balance changes to Cyber Hunters, and this week we're kicking up the scoville units to dangerous levels and we overhaul Tactical Mercenaries, Blood Mages, Tech Mages, and make additional changes to Cyber Hunters. These changes should hopefully add some more build options and introduce interesting variety to battles.

Balance Changes: 

  • Tech Mage:
    • Field Medic: Base 180 increase by 25 to level 3, increase by 35 from level 4-10. Stat (Support) +1 Health point by every 2.2 support
    • Malfunction: +1 Technology Point every 3.8 Support
    • Nanotech Shield: Replaces Defense Matrix. Activate a powerful shield that negates a % on incoming damage, 10% enhancement of base skills.
      • Level 1: 7%
      • Level 2: 9%
      • Level 3: 11%
      • Level 4: 13%
      • Level 5: 15%
      • Level 6: 16%
      • Level 7: 17%
      • Level 8: 18%
      • Level 9: 19%
      • Level 10: 20%

 

  • Cyber Hunter:
    • Defense Matrix: Replaces with Nanotech Shield; .55 scaling with Support
    • Plasma Grenade: Buffed to reduce 25% Resistance
    • Pulse Punch: Gain a % of HP from damage; scale 32%-50%; removed weapon requirement
    • Proton Cannon: HP gain buffed to 15%
    • Memory Leak: Level 1 35 HP/Energy damage, plus 10 damage every level to level 5 and plus 5 damage to level 10 with max of 100

 

  • Tactical Mercenary:
    • Frenzy: Gain a % of Energy from primary weapon damage (similar to Static Charge) instead of HP
      • Level 1: 25%
      • Level 2: 29%
      • Level 3: 33%
      • Level 4: 37%
      • Level 5: 41%
      • Level 6: 43%
      • Level 7: 45%
      • Level 8: 47%
      • Level 9: 49%
      • Level 10: 51%
  • Field Medic: Swap with Bounty Hunter’s Field Medic

 

  • Blood Mage:
    • Parasite: level one 9% increase by 1% until level 10 with max at 18%
    • Maelstrom: Reduce each level’s cost by 10 points

 

  • Robots:
    • Tactical Shark Drone P/E: Grenade Storm: 85% damage, unlimited use; Fixed a bug that was causing the E variant to crit more than usual
