Facebook Login Leaves April 20th on Artix Entertainment

If you connected your Facebook and AQWorlds accounts to log in with the Facebook button, this post is for you!

Starting April 20th, you won’t be able to log into AQWorlds using your Facebook account. If that’s how you usually log in, now’s the time to switch so you don’t get locked out mid-adventure.

What’s changing?

Monday, April 20th:

FB login stops working on the game login screen
The button will be there, but will take you to a page with steps to reset your password

Until Monday, May 18th:

You can still use Facebook login in the Account Manager to get your account sorted

After Friday, May 29th:

FB login is fully removed everywhere

What you should do right now

Set up your email + password login ASAP:

Go to the AQWorlds login screen
Click "Forgot your password?"
Enter your account email
Follow the reset link we send you

Note: Make sure emails from @aq.com and @artix.com aren’t going to spam.

If you have not received the email after an hour, contact Player Support for more assistance.
