Voice in the Sea Saga:
Chapter 1 begins in /TerminaTemple, followed by adventures in /Ashray, /Sunlightzone, /Twilightzone, /Midnightzone, /Abyssalzone, /Trenchobserve, and /SeaVoice

Rumbling of Cold Thunder Saga:
Chapter 1 begins in /Balmorale, followed by adventures in /CastleEblana, /Loughshine, /Naoisegrave, /Liatarahill, /GastleGaheris, and /Coldthunder

Flame of the Beyond Saga:

Chapter 1: begin the adventure in /thelimacity

After each saga, return to Termina Temple and talk to Tara for new quests, watch the Epilogue cutscenes, then continue on.
